We will practice adjusting how much water is on your brush, how to add or remove moisture on the page, and how different water levels affect edges, blending, and pigment intensity.

Hello, I'm Sara!
I'm an artist and author based in Virginia, and I specialize in traditional and digital art inspired by classic fairytales.
I began posting my artwork on Instagram when I was 15, and haven't looked back since. After 10 years of coming into my own style, I have a couple tips and tricks up my sleeve. If you'd like to know more about my digital art process, check out my new book, Digital Painting Made Simple!
I am a vegetable fan, ardent lover of my three cats, and chronically sedentary Youtuber. I like to work with every medium; my favorites are watercolor and digital. When I'm not drawing, I'm cooking with a loooooot of garlic, listening to grisly true crime podcasts, or redoing my gel-x nails. I live in Virginia with my cutie husband Zac!
